We understand luggages are not only suitcases. They are of different shapes and sizes. Table below is only indicative. Excess luggage charges, if any, will be at the discretion of the driver. Kindly note, taxis are passenger vehicles only.

Refund Policies

  • This Refund policy is applicable only for Drivers who make payments with us.
  • Complaints like mistakenly transferred amount, double debit, etc., should be addressed within 10 working days.
  • Once we receive proper supporting documents, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.
  • Refund claims cannot be made for payments older than 30 days.

Cancellation Policies

At JustDropTaxi, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your trips booked through our platform up to 24 hours before your scheduled journey without any hassle.

We do not charge cancellation fees unless the taxi has already arrived at your location. In such cases, a one-time cancellation fee of Rs. 300 will be payable directly to the driver.

You can also modify your booking (change time, vehicle type, or destination). Modifications cannot be made within 8 hours of your scheduled pick-up time.

If you need to amend a booking, submit your request at least 8 hours before pick-up. No changes will be processed within the last 8 hours. In case of a no-show (failure to inform us before 8 hours), refunds will not be issued.
